Product Selection
The customer visits our showroom at 621 Main St, Gorham, ME where we have 50+ models on display for viewing and interacting with. Here you can browse the available options and talk with one of our sales associates who can help you find the right product for your heating needs that also matches your aesthetic tastes.
Estimate
Once we’ve selected a product, we’ll ask some questions about the existing conditions to generate an estimate including the required venting and labor to complete the job. If you are able to bring pictures, dimensions, or any other pertinent information that is always helpful for creating an accurate estimate.
Schedule a Site Visit
If you’d like to proceed with the project at this point, we’ll schedule a site visit. The purpose of the visit will be to confirm the product’s viability in the space, confirm that it can be safely installed, and ensure that we have all the information we need to prepare for your installation. If changes are made due to site conditions you will be notified at or soon after the visit of those changes.
Installation
Now that we’ve confirmed the product and installation, we’ll order all the materials. As soon as the materials arrive, we’ll contact you to schedule your installation appointment. Most of our installs take a day or less to complete but, should your visit require extra time we’ll notify you. When we’ve completed your installation, we provide an owner tutorial to teach you how to use and care for your new unit.
