Our Process

Luckily, our team has the experience and knowledge to point our customers in the right direction. Our process starts in the showroom where we help you pick out the right fireplace, wood stove, pellet stove, gas stove, or gas insert for your home. Once you’ve selected the right product for you, we provide an in-home visit to confirm conditions and review the installation. When it’s time for installation we have in-house, factory-trained, teams to complete the project.
Have a more involved project? Even if you need framing, finishing, gas work, masonry, or tile work, we have a tight network of sub-contractors so we can provide a start-to-finish installation in almost all situations.
